Happy to say I have enjoyed my long term experience in Real Estate with a combined total of 24+ years in Banking, Real Estate, Title & Escrow and Lending. I love every aspect of Real Estate and helping families and investors with their financing needs. Being a part of the team has many rewards from making dreams come true, financing the perfect investment and sharing the joy of satisfied customers and making new friends. I continue to strive in this business to maintain " Consumer's Choice" which is at risk of being eliminated. I work hard for the consumer and I always make each client feel welcome regardless of whether their deal is small or big. I make it my goal to offer the consumer with choices that are competitive in a changing market. With multiple products, you are not isolated to one program or price, but to allow options that are specific to your needs for full flexibility. It's not about "forcing" you into a program, it's about finding a program that works for your individual needs and budget.

I always enjoy first time homebuyers and the excitement they express for that first home! The pride of ownership and the appreciation they share as the dream comes true. I enjoy working with the the USDA Rural Development Program which offers 100% financing as well as the FHA Program up to 97.5%. These are great programs with no or low down to help you get out of the rental market and into a home.

Fannie Mae Homepath properties are also a great program to check out.  With as little down as 3% with no private mortgage insurance or appraisal you can often find a home with great potential at a great price. Many conventional products are also available up to 97% with a choice of Lender or Borrower paid Mortgage insurance as well as Split MI which allows more flexibility.

For those homes that need upgrades, repairs or renovations, check out the FHA 203K Program or Homepath Renovation.  These programs allow ease on your pocketbook while financing the repairs into the loan for up to 110% of completed value! Consider the savings you could have on cash flow while financing those new windows, countertops, cabinets, flooring and more! This is a great option to have your personal style added to the home!
