I have been in the Real Estate profession since 1994. Currently I have been awarded as one of the top 10% agents out of approximately 1,100 Realtors in our local Real Estate Board to be inducted into the Multi-Million Dollar Club for Top Producers.

I have achieved my GRI and CSS Designations and have successfully completed the Florida Real Estate Brokers Course.

The Graduate Realtor Institute Designation is obtained by attending a specific, intensive series of courses. Subjects covered include the Sales Process (business development, sales and marketing, customer & client services, and cultural diversity) Legal and Regulatory (risk management and contract law) Technology (communications and real estate business technology), and Professional Standards (NAR code of ethics, standards of practice and arbitration/mediation). Only 19% of all Realtors have achieved the GRI Designation.

The Certified Senior Specialist Designation is obtained by completing extra studies in the science of serving customers in the age 55+ demographic, have successfully passed the specialist exam in this field of specialization and am recognized for my expertise in serving this rapidly growing market segment.
