Having started in real estate in 1985, I have the experience & knowledge when it comes to helping you buy and sell realestate in today's market.  I have taken many courses to help you in your negotiations and also to help you protect your most important investment, your home.  I will provide you with access to my website which will give you access to all the homes in the areas you are looking for and in the price range you want to be in, your comfort range. In 1993 I was one of the 1st in Western MA & 1 in less than 900 in the whole Country to recieve the ABR, Accredited Buyer's Representative designation.  I also have the CBR, Certified Buyer's representative, CRS, Certivied Residential Specialist & the SRES, Seniors Real Estate Specialist, designations.  Since I know buyer agency, I know what you need to know in order to negotiate successfully whether you are a buyer or a seller!  I am currently working on my E-PRO designation as well.    My husband Paul is licenced in both real estate and as a home inspector.  We have been able to help our clients to know what they are purchasing before they make the offer.  As for sellers, they can know what to fix and what to disclose and price the home accordingly.  Many times the buyer is more comfortable knowing the issues up front and the seller is more relaxed knowing what to expect at the home inspection.  One experience I will relate is when past clients asked me to help their grown son buy a home.  We were looking at a remodeled older home that the buyer liked and wanted to make an offer on.  I noticed a few large gaps in the woodwork that didn't look right.  I called Paul and he immediately came to the house.  He pointed out the red brick dust all arounfd the outside of the home.  Inside the basement was stucco.  He noticed the floor joists didn't connect with the sill joists. He stood on a bucket and looked over the top.  The wall was a "faux" wall hiding the crunbling foundation!
