I primarily work with buyers and sellers of 2nd homes in the mountains of Western NC. I am thoroughly familiar with the area, having lived here 34 years and thoroughly familiar with the market, having worked as a realtor for 11 years. Many of my buyers choose to place their homes in vacation rental programs and I can help them understand what to consider to make a wise purchase.
I have earned the CRS [Certified Residential Specialist], GRI [Graduate Realtor Institute], e-PRO, and ABR [Accredited Buyer Representative] designations. I enjoy searching for homes or selling them in any price range. Though probably what I enjoy most is working with land sales because that gives me the change to walk through the hillsides I love so much.
Most of my buyers are looking for second homes, primarily log cabins. Some place them in rental programs and some are for personal use solely. I
