As the market changed from regular home sales to Real Estate Owned-REO (foreclosures) Hilary found herself listing homes for Fannie Mae, Aurora, Litton, Greenpoint & PNC. She earned her Accredited Real Estate Owned-A-REO designation that set her apart from other foreclosure specialists. In 2012 as more distressed homeowners were requiring rental homes, Hilary received her Certified Property Management Desigantion- to better assist those clients.
