Initially starting as a real estate appraiser, I'm now a 15 year real estate sales veteran and associate broker at Remax. In real estate, what matters is getting a home or investment property sold in as short a time as possible. On the buying side of real estate, finding a home or investment real estate property that meets the need of the client is the key. We work very closely with all of our real estate clients to assure a positive result. This includes weekly communication and real estate status reports.

A big believer in continuing business real estate education, my designations includes Certified Residential Specialist, Graduate, Realtors Institute, Certified Short Sale Specialist and a Certified Distressed Property Expert. I graduated from the University of Maryland with a degree in finance. The changing real estate markets and marketing real estate channels require constant updating and learning new skills
