Since moving to Paphos(Pafos), Cyprus I have gained a whole new outlook on life. When we left Fairfax county area in Northern Virginia, U.S.A. My wife and I knew that we would be comming back someday and most likely before our son began first grade. We started a marketing company specializing in real estate. After spending years owning restaurants in Chicago, Peoria and Alexandria, Virginia (Franconia area) I thought it was time for a change. 

It has been an exciting life. A new world, new profession and a new company. I have learned Greek cooking, British slang, Frontpage, SEO and real estate just to mention a few.

In a time when a lot of people are having a hard time in the real estate industry all over the world. Cyprus is also feeling a tremendous turn around from the boom of previous years. However, my excitement is high about the future and all the natural elements that make selling property in a country like Cyprus so easy. Year round great weather, low tax and very low crime are some of the reasons why many ex-pats from the UK and other europeans make Cyprus their holiday or retierment home. 

January 2012 saw the beginning of my Northern Virginia real estate adventure. Now associated with Weichert Realtors I anticipate a rewarding career  helping buyers relocationg to this area in addition to keeping me Cyprus business going strong!
