Get to Know Cassandra Youngberg
Originally from Connecticut, I moved to South Carolina on a whim to attend college. Having graduated from College of Charleston with a Sociology degree in 2006, it is no question that I enjoy working with people. I knew that whatever I was to chose as a career, had to involve constant interaction with others.
Like so many people do, I have fallen in love with Charleston. Who can deny the charm of historical Charleston, the abundance of restaurants and events that take place here, the beautiful beaches and of course the warm weather!? Having the advantage of age, and the opportunity to start a Real Estate career in a great city like Charleston...I decided I just couldn't go back North to the COLD!
I chose a career in Real Estate because it allows me to help others meet their real estate goals. I started off as a part-time real estate assistant during college and I realized more and more that I loved all facets of the business and decided that I had to get my license as soon as possible. Whether it is helping someone buy or sell their first or second home, vacation or investment property this job is continuously satisfying.
As a young Realtor® I find that I especially like working with recent graduates and younger couples who are looking to purchase their first home. There is nothing more satisfying than seeing these people receive their first set of keys!
