I am 100% committed to providing quality service to my clients. I listen to their needs and dreams and when I succeed in finding my clients their new home it makes me as happy as they are with their new home. I am a broker in Virginia and now I am also in West Virginia. Looking forward to adding the face of BRIO Realty to the Eastern panhandle of West Virginia in the very near future. I love being a Realtor! It is so great to meet new people and help them find a new home they will be happy in. Especially when they refer me to their friends and neighbors, then I know I have done well for my clients. One of the greatest feelings in life is owning your own home and I want the experience of purchasing a new home to be the best it can be for my clients. I won't forget, this is their time, it is not about my acheivements or awards it's about fulfilling my clients needs and desires with home ownership.
My experiences have always been in some type of customer service industry; heating/air conditioning, home building, plumbing, furniture delivery and installation, so the education and experience that I have received has been an essential part of my growth in the Real Estate community. You have to come prepared everytime you meet with buyers and sellers, don't just "wing it ". I do my homework. I remember that they have family, dreams, belong to organizations, and most of my clients try and have some kind of recreation. Show them you care by listening, make notes so that the next form of communication, you can add a personal touch.
On a more personal note about myself: I grew up with my 3 brothers and 1 sister in Prince William County, Virginia and have lived in Virginia for most of my life. For a short time though, I lived and worked in North Carolina. I enjoy being here in this beautiful state of Virginia, I love all the seasons and the great people. I met my wife about 14 years ago and this October we will celebrate our marriage of 7 years. She is very supportive with me and has been a great help to me! We are both animal lovers. My wife and I have adopted 2 lab/shephards, they are brother and sister (one is black and one is yellow so no one believes that they are related) and we also have 3 cats. I am a true "Parrothead"(Jimmy Buffet fan) and try to get to his concerts every year and when time allows I love to go play golf, take my dogs to the beach, or go fishing.
