After being in this industry for over 15 years, I can tell you there is no better and safer time to be buying a home, than right now. Like most loan officers, i could promise you that i am the best, most knowledgeable, best communicator in the business and show you a bunch of different certifications. Although this is true, that is not what is important to my referral sources or my clients.
Whether you are a Realtor, an accountant, financial planner, builder or other banker, the most important is what can i do to help you increase your prospect base. There is a difference between "advertising" and "marketing", marketing brings in customers, let me and my staff show you how we can do that for you.
As a home owner or home owner to be, the most important thing i can tell you is: have options. Always, have options, be sure that we or other lenders give you options and not "lead" you to only one choice.

I love First Time Home buyers, and love helping those sellers into their next home. I live in Maryland so of course i am more helpful to those looking to buy in Maryland, but we are licensed across the country and am willing to help all.
With our very unique marketing plans we have become an essential part to many local Realtors who have come to not only want us helping them with their buyers, but sellers as well. We have had a lot of success with helping Realtors obtain more listings than ever before. We present an outstanding marketing plan for the Realtor and their sellers. I have recently been asked to help present our plan to potential sellers. Of course, my knowledge in marketing and in real estate is a great help, but this new marketing tool we have been using has every Realtor and seller buzzing about us.
I spent the first half of my carreer financing Investment properties. This led me to be very knowledgeable on Fannie Mae guidelines and helping people qualify. Buying a home is serious business, and it does not have to happen overnight. I pride myself on coaching people on how to qualify for the best terms and conditions available. I have always believed that spending time on coaching clients to becoming a better borrower is more rewarding than simply putting them in the only program they qualify now.
So, my specialty is First Time Home Buyers, Sellers and Investors looking to qualify for the best terms and conditions for them, not just what is available now. Credit counseling, financial counseling all lead to better borrowers.
