REO'S are Bank owned properties this is after there has been a Foreclosure and the Bank has been the successful bidder at the Sheriff Sale. I babysit the property while it is getting to go on the Market by securing,cleaning out,putting utilities into my name,lawn-care keeping it marketable. When it does go on the Market I am the Listing Agent & can fully market the property for Sale. Some of the Properties are in Poor Condition some are in Good condition.
