Get to Know Amy Land-de Wilde
I have travelled all over the world, but there is no place like my favorite place -- St. Croix -- my home for more than 30 years. I'm originally from New York and graduated from Northwestern University and have lived all over the U.S before moving to St. Croix.
I began my real estate career on St. Croix in 1986, and through over 1000 real estate transactions have consistently been a leader in listings and sales in St. Croix. I'm a certified Coldwell Banker Previews® specialist--a distinguised group of real estate brokers with the experience and training to provide expert guidance to individuals selling and buying luxury properties. I have helped people from all over the world find their perfect island property.

Certifications
Although we're the largest of the U.S. Virgin Islands, St. Croix is still pretty small; you have to be knowledgeable about the whole island and not specialize in a particular neighborhood as one would on the mainland. I've lived here over 30 years and can give you many reasons why I chose the stay here and buy real estate, raise my daughter and have a business here.
I can often tell when our island just clicks for someone. I just love to share all that we have to offer here, which is a lot and not always obvious on the first visit.
My buyers and sellers say that I am extremely responsive and will always get any and all information in a timely manner they need to make a decision. I will be able to get you any resource you require--no seven degrees of separation here! More like one or two! I like to connect new people on the island to others that have already settled here, so that you can feel at home right away. In fact, one of the special things about our island is that no one needs to feel like a tourist for long. They say that it's obvious that I love what I do and bring that enthusiasm for real estate on our beautiful island to all my transactions.
People say that my special niche is luxury properties, but I can always tell you across the board about what's sold, what's available and what seems to be trending. My business is to know the elements affecting our marketplace and being able to share it with you so you can make the best possible decision for you.

| I have bought and sold multiple commercial and residential properties throughout my life and have delpalt with some outstanding and also not so outstanding real estate agents. Amy Land de Wilde is a true pro and the extent of the services she provides is nothing short of amazing. Besides the steady stream of info on the St Croix real estate market she has been sending my wife and I for years, when we finally decided to take the plunge she and her team were there to help us every step of the way. She was there to recommend outstanding professional for legal, inspection, and trade work. When we were unable to attend the closing her staff handled the walk through and as well all the details of transferring power, cable accounts for us. | My wife and I were introduced to Amy after another real estate agent let us down. Amy picked up the ball without missing a beat and targeted in on what we wanted in the price range we indicated. She was responsive, professional, balanced, knowledgeable, pleasant and honest. She guided us through the unique characteristics of purchasing a property in the US Virgin Islands and once the transaction was completed, she followed through by introducing us to the Islands as well as to the neighborhood in which we located. | I was one of several trustees of 100+ acres of land in the northwest section of St. Croix. This was due to a settlement in 1996 involving about 70 beneficiaries. When we took over as trustees, initially we tried to sell the land without a realtor. But we were never island residents; so when we looked for a realtor, we wanted the best one on the island who would give us straightforward, honest input; and someone who would do as he/she said. During the years that we worked with Amy Land de Wilde and her staff, we found them to be always responsive, always dependable, and always straightforward. Working with anyone for a number of years is often a challenge, but instead we knew that we could always rely on Amy to be true to her word. That's so different from many other realtors and a wonderful breath of fresh air. We would heartily recommend Amy whether you are selling or purchasing on St. Croix. |

I have been aggressively looking to buy on St. Croix and I have never been treated more professionally by agents and Amy as the broker and with more respect. | Amy is a responsive, knowledgable professional whom I strongly recommend. I have worked with her on the purchase of both condominiums and houses. Her knowledge of the condo market instantly sets her apart from many other agents -- she really knows the market and the details of each development. She is just as focused on the larger residential market. I have purchased and sold several properties on St. Croix using Amy and would not consider using any other agency. | I highly recommend Amy and her team. They responded to all my questions and concerns in an extremely timely manner and if they didn't know the answer they would let me know they were working on it. They sold my condo sooner than the average condo is on the market in my area and the price was actually more than I had anticipated! You can't ask for more than that in a real estate agent! I would call upon Amy again without hesitation. |
