I am a Short Sale Investor, I have Cash to close each Deal. This allows me to help a family out of their home before the Bank takes it from them. I'm looking for an Agent and/or Motivated Seller to work with.

Okay you have clients that need to sell as Short Sale Deals, I would enter into contract now so the Negotiations can start. I would Offer about 52% of the debt on the property. We both know that the Bank never takes the first Offer, I would be the one that does all the Negotiations with all Lien holders to get the Price I need to Purchase the Property, I will pay CASH for the house and Re list the Property for sale at a below market value Price for a quick sale. I can also Offer Seller Financing for Buyers with Scores as low as 600, no bank financing, the Down payment would need to cover your Fee plus closing of the second Deal. As listing agent you would get paid out of the HUD-1, Plus when Resold you get another commission on the same house. I would also give a Bonus for more Deals. up to 3 deals 1% above your Fees on each deal, up to 7 Deals, 2%, & anything over 10 Deals you will receive 3% per Deal Bonus on top of all your regular Fees.
