The 2007 Durango Real Estate Forecast is out. 2006 was another great year here in Durango. The median sales price is $400,000. The best place to invest in Durango is the rural Durango market. Although, you still can't go wrong with In-town Durango,especially if the "no-growth" inititiative passes. Ignacio has the new convention center under construction and Durango Mountain Resort is moving along with development. Forest Lakes in Bayfield is expected to have a high demand. The oil & gas business is driving more and more people to our market. Look out Aspen!
