Nothing Better On A Cool Fall Night Than Chili!   Check out this great recipe that's great to have on those cool Fall nights!     This is a recipe from my sister-in-law, Lisa Adkins, who is a culinary arts teacher.   The chili is out of this world yummy!   2 lbs hamburger meat 1/2 onion 2-3 cloves garlic   1 15 oz can chili beans (not drained) 1 15 oz can black beans drained 1 15 oz can kidney beans (or pinto beans) drained 1 28 oz can of tomato sauce 1 15 oz can tomato sauce (yes -2 different cans of tomato juice) 1 15 oz can diced tomatoes with juice (2) 4 oz cans green chilies cumin/chili powder for seasoning 1/4 cup jalapeno juice (from sliced jalapeno jar) 1 can or bottle Guinness beer (divided)   Brown meat with 1/2 onion and 2-3 cloves garlic Add all other ingredients and slow bo... 10/08/2014
