Who doesn't love a great farmers' market? I, for one, can't pass one up if at all possible! Our little farmers' market moved to a new and more central location. Each Saturday morning, right behind Stonewater Church, the tents are set up among the shaded Pecan trees.Some of my favorite finds today:🌽 Dryad Grove farm products. Their mixtures of various mushroom blends are an excellent find! I'm excited about the Rocket Fuel Honey! Watch out, world, I purchased some!     🌽 4S Bakery - I found some sourdough blueberry bagels and some fresh cinnamon rolls. Unbelievable!🌽 Hey Sugar! Our sweet little town, Granbury, Texas, had a very fun visit with Steve Doocy of Fox & Friends. Early yesterday morning, our community woke up early to welcome the crew in a true Texas fashion!As expected, the entire Fox & Friends team was super friendly as they set the stage for the tour of our historic square. Yesterday was a big day in our little town of Granbury, Texas. And, we have been keeping a secret! We were honored that our little hotel, N on the Square, housed many of the directors, actors, and other personnel throughout this past year. We got to know them as they filmed, strategized, and collaborated. The red carpet event was yesterday and everyone donned their finery and showed up to kick off the movie to the world. It is that time of year when thousands of folks will descend upon our little town of Granbury, Texas. Our historic Square is transformed with wine vendors, musicians, and artisans of all types. It is truly one of the most anticipated events we have all year long.The Granbury Wine Walk is a great way to get out and explore our history, shopping on the Square, our restaurants, and hear some excellent live music. Come and stay awhile as well and enjoy the entire weekend. The N on the Square is located directly in the center of everything. The Granbury Chamber of Commerce along with the Granbury Independent School district are partnering for a really unique opportunity. All of our 5th-grade students have the opportunity to participate in this event on May 20th. The students will learn valuable entrepreneurial skills as they plan, prepare, and execute a lemonade stand somewhere in our city.The students must plan their stand, contact a local business to feature their stand, determine the supplies they will need, and then, execute the plan on May 20th.
