Third Time is a Charm (Second Time) Two of my clients that are closing on homes this month both put offers in on 3 homes each. For one reason or another, the others didn’t work out, but they are both on schedule to close and move into their new home this month. One of these clients called on one of my husband’s listings in Spring Hill. The home was already under contract so I ended up helping him find another home. This was back in March 2013.
