Waterfront Cedarhurst Video from Rogue Drone  North Kingstown   If you read my post When a Drone has a Mind of my own you will have the introduction to this follow-up post, drone found! Finding the video, camera and drone by my friend looked hopeless but it landed on a road, got hit by a car and discovered on the side of a policeman's property still intact!    Yes, it landed fine but took a bruising.  My posting of flyers brought the drone back to the owner thanks to a sweet property owner named Ali in North Kingstown.   Now the recovery was all about the coastal RI waterfront real estate that bordered Cedarhurst, Wickford Harbor and Fishing Cove and not losing that footage.  It was salvaged and here it is:   Many thanks to Barry for his learning efforts in doing the scenes and to Ali R... 11/11/2014

When to Bury St. Joseph's Statues in Real Estate   There is always a right time if you are the prayerful kind and your belief system says let's bury a St. Joseph's statue in this RI real estate yard.  I have to say every time my clients have done this within the week we get a good offer on a house!  Now they say that there is no doubt that this real estate agent knows how to play good poker with a house offer too but St. Joe adds that sweet benefit in the divine here.   So on a house that just went into agreement today, that St. Joseph's statue was buried last week (unbeknownst to me)  and all the family was asked to pray thoughtfully on it.  While they did that my tooting the horn on this house continued...verbal offers came in with contingencies, written offers came in and an open hou... 11/08/2014

  It is a Big Thank You | Finding the Drone There is nothing like a good Samaritan that restores your faith in the human spirit.  So when I got the call yesterday afternoon that the drone my photographer used to do some shots of the Wickford RI real estate and Cedarhurst waterfront was found, well it was unbelievable.  First, I did not believe someone would return a $1800 piece of equipment.  Yes, the drone was lost and a posting on a bulletin board asking for help on its return paid off.   This woman found it in the front yard and was found by her two french bulldog pups who were barking at it.  She figured someone would report it to the police as missing (didn't do because we didn't think of it!  how dumb was that- make sure you do that).  Instead  I posted a flyer in the neighborhood... 11/05/2014

  When a Drone Has A Mind of Its Own Yesterday was drone flying day for my Cedarhurst condo on the waterfront on Fishing Cove in RI real estate.  My friend who has had a drone for awhile had mentioned to me that he could do a short video and some nice shots of Wickford Harbor, Cedarhurst condos and the stunning Wickford waterfront for me for fun.  What we did not know is that the drone had a mind of its own!   Now as you know drones are mini helicopters (about a foot in width) that you attach a GoPro camera too and take your photo shots and video from up to 1000 feet up.  The videographer had it up for about 6 minutes taking great shots and video and brought it 'home' to replace the battery.  Up, up and away it went again over the trees somewhere in the SE Shore Acre skies but not in th... 11/03/2014
