The QUEEN CREEK market is currently in the Buyer's Advantge zone (below 30), though not strongly so. The 90-day Market Action Index stands this week at 25.01 so buyers should expect to find reasonable levels of selection. The market has shown some evidence of increasing recently. Both prices and inventory levels are relatively unchanged in recent weeks. Inventory has been falling in recent weeks. Note that declining inventory alone does not signal a strengthening market. Look to the Market Action Index and Days on Market trends to gauge whether buyer interest is changing with the available supply. Not many homes in Grand Beach can boast that they are lakefront and only 5 years old. With no homes in front of you and a park to the side, this home has an unobstructed view of the lake to the West from the rear and South to the side. After three generations, when this family built, they built to avoid maintenance with easy vinyl laminate floors in the common areas, Berber carpets in the bedrooms, the vinyl siding and vinyl windows and a preserved wood d...

Why SLATE? I have SLATE on my Manitoba licence plate, 204-77-SLATE (777-5283), http://www.call77slate.com/ and use SLATE throughout my marketing material.  Slate Communications was the name given to my marketing company for many years. (letters abbreviated from my name Sharon Lancaster).I have recently 'metamorphosed' the company - or more importantly my energies - towards pursuing my passion  for Real Estate. As a Guerrilla Marketing Guru, Advertising Exec and Communications Consultant, I know the importance of building on the past in order to springboard into the future. Peeling off the Communications moniker was easy, learning about, and passing the licencing requirements for a Real Estate Professional was the hard part!! So, after months of intensive studying and extreme pressure, a...
