This week alone 13 new listings came onto the market in Dedham.  This means lots of choices this weekend for open houses for you to preview. There are 78 homes for sale in Dedham right now. However, since it is Mother's Day there are very few open houses today. There are only 6 homes being opened up for public open houses today.  The least expensive house opened up today is located at 21 Hanson Street in Dedham and it is priced @ $289,000. The most expensive property being opened up today is at 97 Village Avenue and it's list price is $1,250,000. This property has only been on the market for 4 days. There are 4 more properties in between these 2. The rest of them are between 300k and 400k. There are a lot of Condos in Dedham. This blog post is to serve as a Review by Remax Way Realtor Michael Mahoney.
