Remember, it's a buyer's market. That means sellers for the most part, need to cater to the home buyer. Not everything bad can be blamed on the slow market, so a seller may find it worth evaluating the various reasons why their house is not attracting any interest, and hopefully do something about it. Prepare your home to show. Set aside some time to spruce up your house before putting it on the market. Houses that are clean, uncluttered and in good repair sell faster and maximize its sales appeal. Make a list of things that need to be cleaned and repaired by doing an inspection tour.
