We took the listing on April 9.  We closed it on September 25.  My partner, Bill Taylor, brought this one in.  The owner had it briefly listed with another agent but that other agent did not give her copies of the paper work and lowered the price of the home without asking the owner. Our client lived in the home 9 years.   She was a divorced lady becoming an  empty nester.  She was a very competent office manager earning in the mid 40's.  In November the owner sold  the business and 2 weeks later she was out of a job.  My partner's wife knew how good she was so after a couple of months she was able to get her company to higher her at 1/2 the salary.   Here in Idaho we have low wages for most people.  In February our client gave up paying her mortgage.  She tried to talk to the company bu...

After being with another office for almost 11 years, I took the plunge and made the change a couple of weeks ago.  I am now with Premier Group Realty West, just two blocks east of my previous office in Fruitland.  I think it will be a very positive change, it is a very professional office with plenty of good agents working there.  I would like to invite all my acquaintances and previous clients to come and see me at my new office (which is very beautiful, by the way - wait until you see the gorgeous lobby!).  I'm very excited to be there and plan to charge full speed ahead and sell lots of homes this summer!  For more information about the services I offer, or to search for homes for sale in the local area, please go to my website at www.BarbHutchinson.com or call me at 208-707-4663.  N...

I just wanted to let everyone know about a business in Fruitland that I've discovered - The Biz Zone (formerly Going Postal Business Center). They changed the name because they started doing more than just shipping packages.  It is owned by Ken and Julia Bishop. They now do printing of all kinds, including letterhead, business cards and newsletters; color and B&W copies, binding, folding, laminating, and gift wrapping.  They provide packing services and supplies including custom-made boxes, fax service, notary and more. They do a great job - I am getting all my listing flyers, posters, catalogs, etc. done there now. Their prices are reasonable and the quality is excellent, I am happy to report! And I can just email them whatever I want done and they do it and call me when it's ready to pi...
