Home buyers in Palm Beach Gardens, West Palm Beach, Jupiter, Juno Beach and North Palm Beach might consider locking in their mortgage interest rates sooner rather than later as interest rates on both 30-year and 15-year mortgages increased for the fourth week in a row.Nationally, interest rates on the 30-year fixed rate mortgage rose to 6.53 percent from 6.42 percent just a week ago. When shopping for a home loan don't get caught by slick advertising quoting a 1% rate. Yes this program does exists but that is not interest rate of the loan. The 1% is the payment rate. Confused??
