Fannie, Freddie sell bulk homes to investors, how about Pace Florida   FHFA says it has chosen buyers for its bulk sale homes. Of the 2,490 properties on the block, 45% are in Florida. Read more. The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) announced that it chose buyers, based on winning bids, for its pilot initiative to sell homes in bulk.
