Foreign investment in U.S. land on the rise, Pace Florida is where it is.   Foreign holdings in U.S. forests and farmland rose 6.7% in 10 months - an area roughly the size of Indiana. Read more. The report, containing the most recent data available, shows that investors from Canada and the Netherlands have almost half of all foreign forest and farmland holdings in the USA.
