  Hudson, FL  Home Sales First Quarter 2013 Home sales in Hudson are a confusing mix. First quarter sales for 2013 don’t differ much from 2012; in fact they drop in most instances except for homes sold (a very small difference), average days to contract (lower in 2013) and average square footage (lower in 2013 which should indicate higher prices).       If you look at the year over year comparisons, the listed and sales prices are lower in 2013.
