Attached is information about a Benefit Golf Tournament that was put together to benefit  Bill Cole's family who suffered an unthinkable tragedy a little over a month ago.  Bill's wife, Sara, was run down by a drunk driver, in front of her children, as she was picking up her boys at the baseball field.  The injuries she suffered are devastating.  After fighting for her life, she now faces the possibility of losing her left leg, and the certainty of "several dozen" more surgeries and years of rehabilitation.  Making it worse, the reprehensible individual who hit her was driving with a suspended license after a previous DUI earlier this year.Please consider forwarding this  to anyone and everyone you can think of who might be interested in playing in this tournament.  Most of you don't kn...

To my surprise I just listed a condo in Miramar, Florida ( Broward County) and learned that is the only one listed in the complex.Doing my market analysis, it was brought to my attention that all the listings in same building were either ----X Expired T- Temp off market C- Cancelled or  Q- Terminated--Nowadays Sellers become very anxious about not selling and they decide to Rent, get off the market, cancel or withdraw since they know they will not get the money they want or need.My client and I were very happy and we adjusted the price to a fair one so we can sell fast. Probably with this adjustments we will start to experience a better market for our Sellers, there is still buyers out there!
