This year is the third conscutive year that property values in Broward County have risen, announced Broward County's Property Appraiser Lori Parrish, last month. This is clearly a good sign that the real estate market in Broward County is rebounding. Among the cities with above average property value gains, are Cooper City and Davie, FL. The county is planning on increasing the property tax roll this year for the coming tax roll year 6.41%, but for Cooper City and Davie it will be over 7%.
