Yee Haw we finally closed the mini mart. What a bugger!! This has been one of the hardest properties to get closed we have ever done. It is over at last and we held the deal together after many difficult trials. The new owner is completley changing the use into a laundry mat, dog wash, and car wash. Here is our mountain Lion~Snicky Snack, this is where he lurks looking for anything that moves. This is his domain and he sees all ther is around him. This is his 2700 foot rim where he roams with Mountain Lions, Bobcats, Lynx,Coyotes, badgers, and from above Golden Eagles. He has to keep his eyes open and not get lazy and sleep on the rocks. If he does he is the snack. He is a great kitty and we have had him about 6-8 years. He lives in our studio and comes to our bedroom deck door every night at about 11:00 o'clock. Well we closed on our stand alone town/patio home today yea!! We had both sides (which is not dual agency which has been an interesting topic in the past). We are transaction brokers and are neutral. We have had several of these types of transactions and both buyer and seller leave the closing very happy and satisfied. I know the question in the past or comment has been you can't represent both without bias but I say not true, not true. Great people on both sides of the deal, happy, and moving on. I wanted to share the results of my Open House in Solar Hills Ranch Sunday. What started as a 12:30 -2:30 open house ended up going from 12:30 until 4:30. We had 6 couples and they all loved the home. it really is a great property on 1.6 acres and just under 4000 square feet. We were very excited to see some nice weather bringing out a few more people, it has been a real slow start this year and we are hoping that people will get some confidence and start thinking about buying and seling.
