Median Price Is Now $570,000 In Orange County According to The Orange County Register last week Orange County Median price is $570,000 for a home.  We have been seeing the median price rise from 2012 to today.  As long as there are more buyers than sellers this trend is likely to stay the same course.  This is a positive trend for so many families in Orange County that have been severly hurt by the mortgage melt down.  These home owners should be very happy to see the prices once again improving and their equity increasing.
