Everyone should have God in their hearts. Even through a busy lifestyle we as children should make time for our heavenly father. God loves us as many times the grains on the shore. God loves us so much. John 3:16 states, "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life. Jesus came through the Holy Spirit to leave us with historical text in the Bible. He left us the Bible to remember him and his example, spread the word and have a "how to live life" guideline. He is such an amazing God. But what should a believer do? A believer should pray, pray about everything! A believer should repent and love. Prayer really does change things. God listens to you, seek him and he will seek you more. We live by faith, n...

I have learned alot since starting out in the mortgage business. First of all, how agressive do you want to be? This is an important question because it may be the deciding factor if your successful or not. Being agressive is so important. I find myself to be more passive than agressive but believe me I am working on it. Agressive means to ask questions, learn and bug your managers until they get tired of you. Now be moderate also because you do have to be patience is a virtue but be agressive. Also, my manager Tony Kahkosko's motto is appointment, appointment, and appointment. Getting the client in is very important. First of all, a client wants something in writing, plus if you do not have any of there information or have run their credit their is no way of telling their standings. Ne...

This is Content from the Census Bureau The Census Bureau has released a list of the 25 fastest growing large cityies in the nation which includes 5 in California.  Which Cal city is growing the fastest? Quick, name the fastest  growing city in California? San Jose? Riverside? San Diego? Nope, nope and nope. The state's fastest growing city over 100,000 population between July 1, 2006, and July 1, 2007, says the Census Bureau, was -- drumroll, please -- Victorville in the so-called "high desert" northeast of Los Angeles. In fact, it was the second fastest growing city in the nation at 9.5 percent. Read on to find out what the other 4 fastest growing cities in California are.

From Bible Pathway We may not think we are qualified, but God has commissioned "all of us" to do something: Go into all the world and preach the gospel (Mark 16:15).

So many people that I know personally and care a great deal about were driven to purchase a home in the last couple of years because they thought it was a good investment. Many of them shared the sentiment that if they hadn’t done so, they would “miss” their opportunity to ever purchase a home. Many saw real estate values soaring out of their reach of affordability and felt compelled to act before it was “too late.” A sense of urgency hung in the balance because they saw people all around them profiting from their real estate gains. To make matters worse, Real Estate Gurus were touting get rich schemes. Guys like Robert Allen with his no money down tactic- that landed him in Federal Prison in the mid 80’s for tax evasion, was suddenly back in vogue and so was Robert Kiyosaki; his Rich D...

I have started real estate as a second job to supplement my income and make more money for my growing expenses.  You see, I have two daughters on their way to college and found that I needed a way to earn extra money for their textbooks, tuition, and board.  Fortunately, my husband is a real estate broker and I have signed up under his broker’s license to start my business; he offered me a generous split and hired me on the spot!     I have found that a lot of the work that a 21st century real estate agent can be accomplished online. I currently use California Association of Realtor’s  Winforms online to write contracts on my computer and even incorporate Docusign; which allows my client’s to digitally sign from their computer. I have been able to email plenty of offers from my client...

ACORN opened on January 28th of 2008 and stands for Association of Community Organizations For Reform Now.  This particular organization is in the San Bernardino area and works will a lot of Hispanics and people who just don't know where else to turn.  On Thursdays, ACORN staff members offer appointments to homeowners who are facing foreclosure.  The services they provide are doing a comprehensive financial assessment, laying out their options, and initiating negotiations with finance companies to see if terms can be met that would allow the homeowner not to default on their loan. ACORN has been able to help one in five of the people who walk through the door.  Once started, one or two couples would wonder in.  Now, six to eight couples show up every Thursday seeking help.  One such cou...
