Paso Robles ForeclosuresPaso Robles Foreclosures If you are looking to buy Paso Robles Foreclosures, there are a few things you should consider when searching and buying.  When a home owner no longer pays their mortgage on their home, the bank will go into their foreclosure proceedings.  This usually takes several months and the home owner may be given an incentive to move out called "Cash For Keys".  For Paso Robles Foreclosures,  once the home is vacated, it will come up on the market as a "REO" (Real Estate Owned) or bank owned property.  The banks will usually list Paso Robles Foreclosures below market value because the home is being sold "as is" and they want a quick sale. Paso Robles was hit early and hard by the economic issues dogging the state and this county, but it is in the midst of a strong recovery. Flooded with REOs and short sales early on, the inventory has steadily decreased and well-priced homes are receiving multiple offers in some situations. At the moment, judging only by the housing inventory, the Paso Robles area has actually entered "sellers' market" territory. The asking price has steadily decreased, steadily approaching the actual sales price, which is another sign of a developing sellers' market. Finally, the price per square foot has held remarkably steady over the past twelve months: It looks like the market in Paso is poised for a hot spring and summer in 2012, which is great news for sellers.

 Local Tennis Courts in Paso Robles   Tennis anyone?  If you are looking for local tennis courts in Paso Robles to play on, you will have three choices depending on what your needs or desires are.  I have played in all three locations and will give you my opinion of each one. There are two public tennis courts in Paso Robles to choose from: Centennial Park --Excellent 858 Red Cloud Rd As far as public, local tennis courts in Paso Robles, Centennial Park is the best.  These courts are clean, have nice nets, smooth and non-cracked courts.  They are lighted as well and are on timers.  Centennial Tennis Courts are located in the back of where the YMCA is located.  There is a public pool that is closed this year for conservation and there is a basketball court right outside of the last court...
