Well you have heard that the politicians have locked California Down. We are required to work from home and keep our out door activities to a minimum. Well as you all know I am a Realtor and Realtors are an Essential Job Group in California. So with that said the other week I had to check out a potential listing and needless to say I was heading out not expecting much traffic.The first thing I saw was this sign. Note to self drive slow or the Police will give you a ticket:))Well see for yourself I could not drive fast even if I wanted six miles took me 45 minutes:)  Take my word we were moving less than one mile per hour:))Wishing you a safe and healthy life and I look forward to your comments. Sometimes it is hard to go to check out a potential listing....as most of you know there were these tragic fires in the recent past,  which lasted a long time and  caused a lots of devastation....Well the other day one of my co-workers asked if I would be interested in sharing a listing. Yes you guessed it was land... Now with that said before I committed 100 per cent I wanted to get an idea...I drove out to see what was left of the area. Keep in mind three years ago I sold a land very close to this property. Needless to say that is a post in the future....When I got to the property, all I could do was ' Pause & Absorb' the devastation... a few minutes of walking around and shortly after it one of the neighbors came out. We had a sad but nice conversation... seventeen homes were lost an... 01/21/2018
