Is the end of our current market near? I read recently that the number of June 2021 listings was up 10.9% compared to May 2021 and up 5.5% year to year. This was according to Realtor.com. According to the Fannie Mae's Home Purchase Sentiment Index (HPSI), respondents who think now is a good time to sell shot up from 67% to 77%, while those who feel now is a bad time to buy rose from 56% to 64%. So if more home owners start to list their homes for sale but more home buyers think now is a bad time to buy that's bound to change things up.  Will homes start staying on the market longer? Will multiple offers be a thing of the past? Currently here in the Central Valley of California, like a lot of other places in the country, we have a very low inventory of homes for sale and lots of buyers. ...
