Friday Fun: Feasting at Industrial Eats in Santa Barbara Wine County!

Last Thursday, we had an errand in Buellton. It is a small city in the wine country just beyond Solvang and part of the Santa Ynez Valley. We asked the locals for a lunch suggestion. They raved about Industrial Eats. And they were right. As we entered into a Industrial Eats, our eyes were drawn to the pizza ovens. The ovens are not intended just for pizza. If you look at the menu written on rolls of butcher paper, you will see one that reads, "pizza" and one that reads "not pizza". They use the pizza oven for a dish we (non-brussel sprouts lovers") enjoyed: fresh brussel sprouts, pancetta with cider topping.
