This horse community, located in Queen Creek, near the Gilbert, AZ border. This neighborhood features homes with at least 1 acre up to 5 acre parcels. There have been 5 recent sales, ranging from $690,000 to $860,000. Currently there are two homes on the market, and two others "pending". This is also irrigated horse property, which saves you a ton of money. I live in this community and spend around $500 annually in irrigated water. The land is amazing, the dirt easy to dig in, no red clay here. The trees we have thrive, as do all our shrubs, hedges and so on.  Irrigated horse property in Maricopa county is rare.The two homes currently for sale, are listed at $949,900 and $1.9M.
