You might want to peruse the many many groups on LinkedIn. I think you're looking for a group of educators, you might have better luck there than anywhere else.

They are here, there and everywhere.  Experts stand on every corner. Endless companies are selling the newest shinny object and how/where to get leads galore.  All for a good premium, of course. 

I suggest you find what works for you and begin to integrate into your business as you grow it.

Are you a realtor? Are you a mortgage broker? Are you a home stager? Or are you a business looking for backlinks from forums? You won't get much help with no profile image and not enough information about yourself. Good luck.

As many have already said you can find them everywhere on Active Rain. I have a blog that focuses on online marketing and lead generation specifically. I would like to think I am a leading content provider on those topics and all the things that surrounds them. https://inboundREM.com 

It will be hunt and peck here looking for that. Linked In or other media sites will be more helpful.

Don't spend too much time working on tech. Build a business first, figure out what is limiting you or eating  up your time, and then look for an app that meets that particular need.
