I measure Success by how happy I am.  If I am serving others and have enough money to pay my bills and do some traveling, I am happy.  Therefore, I do consider myself a success.   if it was solely money that was the key to success, I would still be working.

How do I measure business success...

I help protect and grow the wealth of families and individuals, it is in part of what brings me lasting joy. If I only helped a few, I'm not putting forth my best efforts and I personally would not be successful IMO.
