The best was the lady from central California who texted me from my AR profile and thought I was cute.  I actually let that lie turn into a couple week conversation (hey, a single guy can hope, right?)... until she asked for money for an alleged tuition!  The funny part was finding the picture she sent to prove she was real on dating sites as a few different people.  Ah, nothing like a reverse image search.  I was amazed at just how well developed her story was.

Always hit the report button so AR can block them. Right on the message it will say report.

yes, I received that..... he has a Rainer account.... THAT'S an account that should be deleted.... 

I get them all the time, seems like the scammers are willing to do a lot of work sometimes just to send out a few spam letters.

Yes, I received that one today and reported it as Spam. Spammers are just getting deperate.

They are always probing. As long as AR members make certain the response is zero, nothing at all, the spammers  go off to try something else.

It is when AR member respond with any comment such as 'take your spam someplace else' they become emboldened and try harder.

Got the same.  It happens periodically.  Typically once Bob knows about it the account gets closed/blocked.
