New area that I don't usually farm in 100. If it's in my farm - the entire thing which is usually 200-250.

None anymore, I used to do at least 100, but I never saw the return on them.

I had looked at doing 100.  When I go door to door with flyers, it was 50.

For both 'Just Listed' and 'Just Sold' postcards, our company pays for 30, and then you pay for the additional/extra ones.  These are sent out electronically, so I'm no longer pasting labels on postcards Tony and Suzanne Marriott, Associate Brokers, so it's very efficient.  We do not send out more in our community, as it's an age-restricted community, so everyone in our town would not be interested, and right now, many are in another state, i.e., snowbirds.

As already stated; it depends.

It depends on the area and neighborhood. Generally 100-150. We don't have huge neighborhoods here.

Tony and Suzanne Marriott, Associate Brokers I don't do it any more, but I would send out ten on either side of my listing and ten* across the street. I used to send letters and I had a call for a listing appointment. The homeowner held onto one my letter for over a year when he called.

*I meant to say 20 across the street.

I don't send them anymore, I use online fliers. But when I did, I got the info from the appraisal district and I sent to the entire neighborhood. So... if, in that subdivision, there were 50, I sent 50. If, in that subdivision, there were 250, then I sent 250.
