Reviews/opinions+real estate agents = treading in very dangerous territory. You will soon find this out whether it's real estate agents reviewing homes listed by other agents, or real estate agents (or a 3rd party) reviewing each other.

I've already viewed your site and have seen many possible red flags, mostly COE and HUD violations. Luckily you're still small enough and haven't caught the eye of TPTB that would bother to enforce those violations.

I would strongly advise you to at least put disclaimers stating the opinions expressed by the real estate agents on your site are strictly their own and in no way reflect on you or the web site. Will that absolve you from any legal action? Maybe not, but at least you might have a little protection.
