Dave Parker Had similar problems depending on which device I am using. Best luck with jpg. Make sure filename is simple like 'sunset' not sunset1b*
Huge photos will not load either. I have more problems with iPad than laptop or tablet.
Sometimes it is trial & error with more errors than my patience can handle.
Good luck.
