I had Top Producer for about 8 years and it was complicated and massive. I have simplified my system and joined Buffine and Company. Their CRM is great, so far. Easy to use too.

People, don't torture youself about this it's very simple. Find a suspect, talk to them, gather tons of information about them. Next, Segment your data going from high priority to low priority based upon you physical notes. Hint: this involves picking up that 500 lb. telephone. Stay top of mind with the normal providers, rinse & repeat. Finally, Tracking is important and conversion for future analytics.

I had Wise Agent, left and bought Salesforce (now Jungo) and it is complicated and time consuming. I just use ctegories in Outlook now although an Assistant cannot access it. Thinking of switching back to Wise Agent. I am interested tp hear from more.
