Price, Link to Mail Chimp, Ease of Use. Yes I would. I like the Flexibility and do not want to be tied to one system for everything I do. Wiseagent.

Cloud CMA comes with our mls software so I did not need to purchase one. I think it does a good job.
I had Top Producer for about 8 years and it was complicated and massive. I have simplified my system and joined Buffine and Company. Their CRM is great, so far. Easy to use too.
Top Producer was recommended by my first broker. I would choose something different if it were easy to switch.
Hoping to find a simple, fast, easy and affordable CRM that integrates with Outlook and Excel database.
Good question. Will be back for more answers.
People, don't torture youself about this it's very simple. Find a suspect, talk to them, gather tons of information about them. Next, Segment your data going from high priority to low priority based upon you physical notes. Hint: this involves picking up that 500 lb. telephone. Stay top of mind with the normal providers, rinse & repeat. Finally, Tracking is important and conversion for future analytics.
I had Wise Agent, left and bought Salesforce (now Jungo) and it is complicated and time consuming. I just use ctegories in Outlook now although an Assistant cannot access it. Thinking of switching back to Wise Agent. I am interested tp hear from more.
