Albuquerque enjoys gorgeous weather!

I'm in SoCal. The weather is hot. It is always warm or hot. Rain here would be very welcome.

Sharon Kowitz The Sun finally came out this morning. I think we're in for a good day.

We have had great spring weather so far. 

Humid you say!  Try showing properties in 95 degrees with 99% humity.  That is the norm not the exception.  I don't know where the triangle is but if it's the NY area, while we have sun for all showings you sometimes have the white stuff and the wind etc.

Torrential rains everyday, then stops.

Hot, everyday, all day long.

10 minutes direct sun equals burn.

Humidity is measured in pounds.

Any exertion results in shiny skin.

The 'Sunshine State' still appeals to many looking for a new beginning.

Record sales volume well in excess of the fraudulent Bank of America boom years.

I LOVE IT!

We have  had rain for weeks.  The past week was our first dry week since late April.  This weekend will be our hottest so far.

We've had a few rain storms this week, but otherwise all is well for showings!

The monsoon season has ended and the heat wave is already here.  Love it just love it

Here in the NYC metro area, it's been rainy and a bit chilly the last several days/week. However, compared to this winter, it's lovely.

Good morning Sharon. Not very warm in the Northeast, but no matter, we will make the best of every day, just like you.

Hot and muggy. It seems as if we are getting into our typical summer trend.

Chicago is always on a seesaw...75 one day, 45 the next!  Lately clear skies, so fine with showing.  I hate the rainy days as well. 

We have been rather cool, not cold, but cool.  However, they said on the news tonight that summer is here...

have not see any sign of water drop here. Not sure babies know what rain is. Same thing last 4 years.

H2O rationing, can not wash car. May be next winter.

In northern Indiana it has been great for the past few days.  We cooked out on our new fire pit this evening

Warm and sunny!

In North Atlanta by the time the temp hits 88 degrees we will get thunder storms. It is alsways humid here even early in the morning.
