I'm not sure what you mean, but I'm assuming you mean my approach to the business and clients. I'm pretty laid back. So is my office. I'm not much of a glitz and glammor person. I wear jeans and dress them up with a nice shirt, shoes and jewelry. Sometimes I don't dress it up too much, but that is usually on the weekends.

When I reflect on my answer I wonder if I could have answered differently. I too asked for clarity and yes the question is really about your approach to business, clients and other agents. The more I've thought about it the better prepared I am for answering similar questions with more depth.
