I wear glasses for reading and the screen can be enlarged for whatever your clients like- they want to text, they like email, talk or live (hopefully it's not when I'm running in the evening or in a baseball cap doing stats for my son's game on Saturday.)
Iphone is simple, the genius bar in mall will chat with you, - ipad I know you didn't ask but is so light and easy to show comparables, listings, or for me the other guy's higher rates.
