I was with Sprint for years and had a local dealer that I often dealt with. He gave great customer service which is one reason I stayed even though there were areas where I just couldn't get good service or my calls would get dropped. The reason I switched was to get the iPhone. At that time they did not have it available and were pushing Android. Now that is not the case. I liked the $99 all you could call plan and miss it the most.
