For those who undertake all their real estate paperwork electronically, big kudos to you. Possibly you have some sort of checklist to ensure all documents are in order for your own real estate practice and the documents to be submitted to the other parties of the transaction along with the broker’s file.For me being old school, I do print out a lot of documents.
