Bill  When a homeowner invites me into their home for a listing presentation, I go through the entire process and let them know what to expect.    Over the years, some homeowners have had questions during this presentation, which of course I incorporate into my presentation.   When I leave their home, they should know exactly what to expect during the transaction.
