The calendar says it is now Spring, and is known for time for the Spring cleaning.BUT, when you are on the market, cleaning should be going on ALL THE TIME, and especially before a showing!The other day I was on my way to my friend's house, and drove past two homes for sale.   Not sure if they are pending, but have to say, curb appeal was REALLY lacking!   Leaves from the fall were still lingering around the shrubs and all over the driveway.   We have had enough wind lately that should have taken care of them!I always told my Sellers, your home needs to be the BEST looking home on the block, and this time of year, those dead leaves should be long gone!BTW, those homes I drove past are listed for $899,000 and one just over a million.
