In my career I have met some pretty amazing people. People that know me know I am a pretty level headed guy. I would rather let you down now than let you down later. Being one of the Waukesha County Real estate agents is an honor but I must confess it has it's moments. There isn't a day that goes by where I shake my head in wonder in how people put things off. I wrote an offer for an agent awhile ago and I actually had to call and ask him if he was going to present it or was he too busy to make a few dollars. I had an agent look at me and tell me "I'm thinking of starting to cold call again some time in the future." To which I replied " Isn't it funny that if you call a loved one or someone you know and they talk to you in an adverse way it just falls on deaf ears, but when you talk to a complete stranger it just takes you down or makes you get a little more rigid?"
